Valley Tote Co. collects the personal information you provide when reserving a rental: your name, phone number, email address, delivery and pickup addresses, target dates, and any delivery notes you choose to share (such as gate codes). We use this information solely to schedule, deliver, and retrieve your rental bins and to communicate with you about your reservation.

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request access to or deletion of your personal information, to correct inaccurate personal information, and to be free from discrimination for exercising these rights. Data Retention & Sharing
We retain reservation information only as long as needed to provide service and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, scheduling and payment processors), under contract to keep it secure and use it only on our behalf.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Info
